SMS reception services are billed based on number rental, not message volume. Once a number is successfully rented, the relevant fee is deducted from your account balance regardless of whether messages are successfully received.
Important: All account balance top-ups are final and non-refundable.
Once you add funds to your account balance through any payment method (credit card, cryptocurrency, or other supported methods), those funds become account credits and cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your original payment method. This policy applies to:

Virtual number availability depends on our upstream suppliers and telecommunications operators. Numbers from specific countries may become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee continued availability of any specific number, nor do we guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of personal data provided by Users.
Some service providers may refuse to send verification codes to virtual numbers or block shared numbers. We cannot control third-party sending policies and blocking decisions, and accept no responsibility for such situations.
After rental periods end, numbers will be reassigned to other users. You should not rely on retaining any specific number long-term, nor should you use this Service to receive messages containing sensitive personal information.
GlowSMS and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all materials on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access protected materials on GlowSMS only for personal use and subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.
